Views from Barn Farm CottagesBarn Farm is situated midway between the villages of Tysoe and Oxhill at the foot of Edge Hill in the Vale of the Red Horse. It stands quietly in 97 acres of grazing farmland and commands outstanding views of the escarpment where the Battle of Edge Hill was fought on 23rd October 1642.

It is ideally positioned 12 miles from Stratford-upon-Avon, 10 miles from Banbury, 25 miles from Oxford, 14 miles from Warwick and a 20-minute drive from the Cotswolds. It is only a mile from the large village of Tysoe which has an excellent shop, butchers, doctors' surgery, pub, tennis courts, beautiful 11th century church and restored windmill.

The complex presently comprises two 1-bedroomed cottages converted from the stable (George's Stable) and the byre (Alwyn's Byre).
